I-10/Mont Belvieu area, and 28 miles to the beautiful new bridge at
Baytown's booming energy employment area. 20 minutes by US 90
(now 4 lanes) to Houston's Beltway 8. 25 miles to Bush IAH
Airport by FM 1960 (being improved).
