JC’s childhood in a rural farming community has given him a practical approach to life and business that is unique. He believes that small-town life helped to prepare him for his current career and reinforced his belief “that people will know you by doing what you say and how you treat others”. Also growing up in a rural area taught him the principles of hard work and persistence as well as a deeper understanding of land/agriculture which helps to benefit his many clients today.
He came to Texas on vacation 20+ years ago and chose to make it his home. His diverse background can benefit you as he has had personal experience in residential sales/flips, land sales/investments/owner financing, and commercial sales/investments for the last 18+ years. He is also an active real estate investor experienced in residential, land, and commercial properties with ownership in 850+ multifamily units. He has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute, and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors. He is one of approximately 200 real estate practitioners worldwide that hold both the CCIM and ALC designations.
JC is a Director of the Tall Pines Association of Realtors, a Board Member of Restore Texas Ministries, a proud father of 3 children, and the husband of a beautiful & loving wife.
He is also a member of the Fellowship of Huntsville Church.
His hobbies include ministry, his children, serving the community, and being outdoors.
