Our Team
Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Niki came to Texas for college, attending St. Mary’s University in San Antonio graduating Magna Cum Laude and immediately beginning as a morning news producer at CBS affiliate KENS-TV. From there, she built on her journalism, marketing, graphic design and communication skills to eventually own and run an internationally recognized marketing company creating feasibility studies for tourist attractions and resorts worldwide and domestically. When her husband retired after 25 years in the Marine Corps, they settled down on a 43 acre hobby farm in the Ozark Hills, where she became the Managing Editor of three weekly newspapers and a monthly magazine. After her husband passed in 2018, Niki returned to Texas to be close to her family. She currently develops all of our GIS maps and maintains the company’s website.
