Miller Cox is a Texas-based land agent specializing in rural acreage, timberland, ranch properties, and recreational tracts across East Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, and surrounding regions. A sixth-generation Texan and graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree focused on forestry and timber management, Miller brings a technical understanding of land that extends far beyond a traditional real estate transaction.

Before entering real estate, Miller spent years working directly in forestry and timber evaluation, gaining firsthand experience assessing stand quality, access, drainage, productivity, and long-term land stewardship. That background allows him to guide buyers and sellers through decisions involving timber value, agricultural use, development potential, and investment strategy.

His clients benefit from a practical, field-driven approach combined with strong market analysis — whether buying legacy land, selling timber property, or structuring a rural investment purchase.
