Property located on corner of Elm St & 3rd St, BG, TX 76626, & further described as Lot 3, 4, and 5, Block K, Original Townsite, City of Blooming Grove, Navarro County, Texas according to map or plat thereof, recorded in Book 57, Page 106, Deed Records of Navarro County, Texas (Parcel IDS 34117, 34118, and 34119) (Property 2) Interested parties may the District's Real Estate Ag, Laura Smith to request a copy of the Bid Package.
