Andy Flack, ALC, Receives Realtors® Land Institute APEX 2019 Awards
Andy Flack, ALC, with HomeLand Properties in Texas, received the program’s most coveted and prestigious award, the APEX 2019 Top National Producer. This esteemed award recognizes the applicant with the highest qualifying transaction volume for the year.
Flack was also awarded the APEX 2019 Broker of the Year Award in the Timberland sales category and as an APEX 2019 Top Twenty Producer by the Realtors® Land Institute. He received the awards from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe on Monday, March 30, during RLI’s Virtual 2020 National Land Conference (NLC20).

Andy Flack has 34 years’ experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land, timberland, and high-profile real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, developers, TIMO’s, REIT’s, private equity groups, and high net-worth individuals and families. His responsibilities include market and property analysis and assisting clients with acquisition and disposition. Research, evaluation, technical support, and strategic planning are also inherent to Mr. Flack’s field and scope of services.
Mr. Flack has consulted and/or directed sales of over 1,000,000+ acres in Texas since 2000. His reputation, through his experience in the land industry, is widely acclaimed. His client/reference list is very impressive and available upon request. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Agribusiness with over 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. He holds the prestigious title as an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute. Mr. Flack has also held a license as a State of Texas General Certified Appraiser.
