Karen Stout’s experience in land sales encompasses the disposition of over 400,000 acres in Texas for International Paper Realty Corporation and Copper Station Holdings since 2001. Mrs. Stout’s responsibilities included compilation of market data through research of land sales, timber sales, regional economics, site evaluations, environmental site assessments, property tax structures, title, surveys, and appraisals. She received her educational background from Lon Morris, University of Houston and Texas A&M University. Mrs. Stout most recently obtained her Broker’s license in 2019.
