On the North (104 Acre) Tract, about 100 acres was thinned in 2013. Of the remaining 31 acres, roughly 19 is of the same age as the thinned, but wasn't thinned. About 6 acres is a hardwood/pine mix and another 6 acres along the north side of the road on the eastern side of the tract is slightly younger and probably planted in 2006.
