So, be prepared to stay COOL or warm. The sofa in the den makes into a queen size bed. Perfect little get a way place. This property has been used as a short term rental for a number of years. You may still use it as a rental. The back yard backs up to greenbelt, so no house will be behind you. You can walk to the lake from your back yard. The lake is a short distance away, with multi boat ramps. Multi restaurants, gas stations. The City of Whitney has a grocery store.

Directions: From TX 22 E in Laguna Park, turn onto CR 1806, next to Family Dollar. Go .2 miles follow the road until it Y's off, stay to the right. Look to the left, SOP. The first house with sign on the property. Says Camp Redneck on the front of the house.
