If you are not satisfied with you current hunting lease, check out this 50 acre secluded property east of Bryson. Deer, turkey, and game birds abound on this heavy wooded area. It has plenty of post oaks and mixed brush with excellent deer browse and a good cover of bluestem for turkey nesting. There are two ponds; one stocked with bass and bluegill and the other with crappie. An old barn could be converted to a hunting cabin. This would be a great property for running a few cows along with hunting, or just a good get away recreational place. This property has a nice set of working pens and a mouse proof storage bin for storing wildlife or cattle feed. Deer blinds and feeders will convey. No water, but good wells have been drilled in the area starting at 70 feet. Rural electricity is in the area. Fences are new on three sides and south fence is in fair condition. Legal easement to this property will be graveled.
Directions: From Bryson go east on US Hwy 380 for 5.5 miles or from Jacksboro go west on US Hwy 380 9 miles and turn south on Marley road at Senate. Go approximately .6 of a mile and the easement road will be on the left. Currently using the cattle guard and gravel road until the legal easment can be graveled.
