JP Prichard holds a degree in Business Management from Sam Houston State University. He also obtained his real estate license in 1986. James has invested in and developed real estate in Walker, Colorado, and Edwards Counties throughout the last 30 years. He also was the founder and former owner of JP LANDSCAPE SUPPLY, INC in Huntsville from 1988-2017 before selling and moving back to his hometown of Columbus to develop/open Waldo’s Camp and Columbus River Co., LLC. His passion is real estate and joining buyers and sellers of rural and recreational properties together.
