Phil Letbetter has 25 years of professional real estate experience with rural, residential, & commercial properties. Phil has represented numerous clients in transactions throughout East Texas & he stays in touch with the current market trends. Phil grew up on a ranching operation near San Saba, Texas & graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Animal Science. He worked as a professional Ranch/ Game Manager developing numerous properties into viable ranching operations. Phil also worked as a professional Land-man for Northwestern Resources acting as a liaison between company mining operations & local landowners. In addition, he was responsible for lease acquisitions & the purchase of properties & right-of-ways needed for mining purposes.
