A Well-Oiled Machine
At HomeLand Properties, our office is constantly bustling with activity from our 19 agents and 7 support staff. On any given day, you will find the support team busy making sure our website is accurate and up to date. New listings need photos, videos, maps, and disclosures uploaded; pending sales and price adjustments must be updated and sold properties removed. With an average of 450 listings at any given time, this is quite an undertaking! And that is just the beginning. All these listings then get added or removed (as the case may be) to/from the 12 Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that we use to market our properties for our clients.
Our phone lines stay busy too! Routing phone calls and emails to our agents promptly is a top priority, because we know that when you have questions, you want answers. Our agents work together as a team too and are knowledgeable about our complete inventory, not just their own listings. And if they don’t have the answer, they will get it for you! Then, of course, there are contract preparations, closings, scanning, filing, and archiving to be done, all with the privacy and safety of our clients in mind.
We haven’t even touched on the leasing side of HomeLand. We manage over 200 rental properties and run a full time maintenance staff to maintain those properties. So, whether you are looking to lease residential or commercial property, we’ve got you covered there as well.
